Luxury Vinyl Tile & plank
As our most popular flooring, luxury vinyl tile and plank is scratch-resistant and waterproof. This is the perfect flooring if you have children or pets, or both. We recommend using felt pads under all furniture and having mats at entrances to reduce scratching.
You have the choice of glue-down luxury vinyl or click (floating) luxury vinyl. We strongly recommend the glue-down flooring due to its stability and easy repair. If you damage a piece, Chad would need to heat it to remove it and replace it with a new piece, which would take about 5-10 minutes. We must install a ¼” birch underlayment before the flooring. The click (floating) luxury vinyl can be installed over the subfloor and already has the pad attached. Many people choose to install this themselves.

We have various types of carpets to match any style. Our Berber-style carpets are significantly tapered down for those who do not like to see footprints or vacuum marks. You will most likely get sick of this carpet before it wears out. It is used for all home areas, but stairs and basements are the most popular.
Pattern
Our pattern-style carpets are also tapered down with a loop-cut-loop pattern. This style is generally softer than Berber and is second in wearability. We offer many designs and colors to choose from for this style. This product is also commonly chosen for stairs.
Plush
The plush carpet comes in many different weights (thickness), colors, and cuts. You will see footprints and vacuum marks on this type of carpet. This style is available in patterns solid, tonal, or fleck. The tonal and fleck will show less staining and fewer overall footprints or vacuum marks.
